Relief

In more than one way. First off, I have discovered a little magic strawberry flavored pill called Zofran for that awful all day cannot move sickness this little one inhabiting my body was causing me. I was able to keep some things down, like liquids and very cold fruit but anything solid was coming right back up. So happy to have that magic little pill. I feel wonderful, there are a few moments here and there where waves of nausea occur, but I'm now able to eat without feeling grossed out about food. And I don't feel completely winded or exhausted while trying to get chores around the house done. So yay, thank you Zofran and my Dr!

Second, I think we found a preschool for Finley, that is only 2 minutes away from the house, rather than 30 minutes each way. I talked to the director this morning and she sounded great, gave me a whole run down on how things work, the educational programs they use and the structured environment. Now I loved Finley's previous school, it was great, her teachers were wonderful but it was way too far of drive to make every other day. Also I felt as though it was a lot more playtime then actual learning time, which is fine and all. But too expensive to be paying for play. We are going to check the school out this week and see how Finley likes it. She will start this Fall if everything works out as planned.

And she gets to start Ballet as well. She will start a workshop class this summer just to see how she likes it then we will enroll her for the Fall,depending on how much she enjoys it. She is always dancing around the house, posing and asking me if this move (hands up in the air, one leg up) is a ballet move and if it looks pretty. So I'm hoping she will really enjoy it.
I'm also hoping these activities will not only give her confidence, but bring her news friends and keep her and I busy without missing our family back home too much. It gets hard to be away from family, and we need to find new things to keep us all busy. Ezra is fine with just coming along for the ride, and we will probably start him in preschool once the new baby is born. So everything seems to be falling into place, now to find a new vehicle to fit our growing family and maybe even a house of our own sometime soon as well :)

Okay I fail again

I have been so sick, not sure if this is part of the morning sickness, err rather all day sickness. But I have been puking and dry heaving more than ever these past couple days and cannot seem to get it together. It also doesn't help that Ezzie is also sick with a cold. So I'm postponing baby week until next week, hopefully I will be feeling better or will be making a visit to the Dr. for some assistance in helping me feel better. The BIG Announcement

Do you remember that baby fever I had a while back? Well I caught it bad (Aaron did too apparently) and we decided just to go with it.
On the morning of April 22nd, after waking up from some crazy dreams of Pregnancy tests and two pink lines all night long. I decided to take a test. I had some Internet cheapie tests lying around. So after about 3 minutes I saw the faintest of faint pink lines. After analyzing that pink line that I pretty much had to squint and hold in the light to see, I ran into town to Target and bought a couple boxes of tests. Sure enough on a First Response and a Digital I was clearly pregnant! So here we are expecting baby # 3. Due Jan 6th.
So in honor of sweet baby # 3 this next week I will have a review and giveaway each day related to maternity and new baby items! Lots of fun little things coming your way, so be sure to check in everyday to have a chance at those.

Luvya Little LuvYa Big!

I won a contest on great Mama blog I follow back in Febuary. The contest was for a wonderful Etsy shop that makes southern sayings signs. My Grandmother (Dads mama) used to always say this darling little saying to us growing up and I thought it would be the perfect saying to enter. "Luv Ya Little, Luv Ya Big, Luv Ya like a little Pig" It's a special saying to all of us in our family and keeps Grandma's memory alive. Over the past couple of years I have noticed my Dad talking about Grandma more and more, so I knew I would give him this sign if I won. And sure enough I did. Here is the final product, it turned out AMAZING! I'm so in love with it, and so is Dad! The sign was made by Gregory of Slippin Southern and you can find all his work here. These signs would make great Father's day Gifts.

Mother's Day

I hope all you Mamas had a wonderful Mother's day! My day started out with Donuts and Coffee and 2 adorable little ones climbing all over me. We then headed into Hamilton and played at the park for a while and stopped at a couple nurseries looking for a beautiful hanging basket. No luck there. After the first couple of nurseries I got tired and decided we should go grab some lunch then go home and nap. So we did just that. Aaron made dinner later that evening and we all just relaxed and enjoyed the rest of our evening. It was a perfect Mother's day!
I miss my mama like crazy and wish I could have been with her to celebrate her. I did send her something special for Mother's day and her birthday (May 19th), but I can't tell. She is one of my loyal Blog followers and I don't want to give away the secret. I just hope she is surprised and loves what we sent. I really do have the best, most loving, caring and giving Mama anyone could ever have. She is truly my best friend and I'm so very blessed. I love you Mama, and hope you had a wonderful day!
